What are your hours of operation?

We typically operate Mo - Fr between 8:00 and 22:00

What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on the seasons and on many other factors like: area, accessibility, additional work required, unmet pre-cleaning conditions, etc. But you could head to the booking page and get a fast impression of how much will our cleaning services cost you.

What types of cleaning services do you offer?

We offer a large variaty of cleaning services all of which are listed on the front and booking pages

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance of the scheduled cleaning appointment. If a cancellation is not made within 8 hours, the Client might be charged for the full or a part amount of the cleaning appointment

What if I am not happy with the cleaning service?

We want you to be happy with our cleaning service. If you are not happy with the cleaning service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Also in case you are satisfied with our services, don't hesitate to leave an honest review. This will help us grow and make more customers happy!
